Biltmore’s Hotel A La Carte a Sunday Brunch

Biltmore’s Sunday Brunch

Guests and locals are invited to indulge in the world-famous brunch firsthand every Sunday. Seatings are available at 10am, noon, and 2pm. Premier Brunch Selection is offered for $90pp which includes two boards of your choice, dessert board and bottomless mimosas or bellinis. The spectacular surroundings and live guitar serenade are complimentary.

Sweet & Savory

The new A La Carte menu is comprised of an array of delicious breakfast and lunch boards featuring hot and cold selections. One of our favorites is the Specialty Board. Allowing you to choose two of these options: Polenta, Pork Osso Bucco, Seafood Moqueca, Short Rib and Squid Ink Tagliolini. Tough call, I know. But we were specially blown away by the braised short rib with herbed potato purée and red wine jus.

You also can’t go wrong with a classic Breakfast Board. Two eggs any style, waffles, breakfast sausage links, roasted potatoes with truffle talegio fonduta topped with bacon. I asked the server not to take away the plate so we could savor every last drop of the cheesy truffle fondue. The Continental Breakfast Board includes american coffee, fruit, a variety of juices and a selection of pastries, oatmeal, chocolate chip banana bread and yogurt parfait.

Premium Seafood Board

Premium

Premium Boards feature both land and sea options. The Grilled Meat Board serves Beef Tenderloin, Pork Tenderloin, and Mini Rack of Lamb. But our top recommendation is the Seafood Board with Alaskan King Crab, Grilled Poached Shrimp and Poached lobster. Each accompanied with a corresponding sauce to highlight its flavors. Other seafood offerings include a Caviar, Ceviche and Scottish Salmon Board.

But don’t forget to make room for the sweetest course. Because the Dessert Board’s diversity of flavors are not to be missed. We had Key Lime, Strawberry Tart, Pecan Tart, Tiramisu, and Chocolate Caramel Cake. In addition to its elevated fare and elegant treats, the Biltmore’s Sunday Brunch keeps the bubbly flowing! Even if you don’t choose the Premier Brunch Selection, you can sip on bottomless Mimosas, Bellinis, and Bloody Mary’s for $45.
