Exquisite and Extravagant Miami Spice Experience at Seaspice

Check out our review of Brunch at Seaspice!

If you haven’t been to Seaspice, you are missing out, we highly recommend experiencing the elegant yet eclectic vibes of this waterfront brasserie. If you have visited, then you know what I’m talking about. Miami Spice is a perfect time to visit Seaspice for new and returning guests. Experience the avant-garde menu curated by Miami native Executive Chef Angel Leon with dishes such as the Beef Wellington, Local Pan Seared Grouper and a stunning Caramelized Peaches dessert that’s almost too pretty to eat… almost.

Miami Spice Wine & Cocktails

First, let’s talk drinks. Seaspice will be offering a Miami Spice Wine & Cocktails menu for lunch, brunch, and dinner. The Melon Mule is absolutely delicious. Crafted with Grey Goose vodka, fresh watermelon, mint leaves, and ginger beer. All of the cocktails on the menu have been newly crafted specifically for Miami Spice with the exclusion of the Seaspice Gin & Tonic. Not into liquor? Seaspice is offering wine, champagne, and rosé for guests as well. During dinner, a three-course wine pairing is available; plenty of options for everyone.

Miami Spice Dinner

The Miami Spice dinner menu at Seaspice is a list of delicacies waiting to seduce and pleasure the taste buds. So many spectacular and scrumptious options to choose from, it’s hard to make a choice. We recommend starting with the Crispy Tempura Squash Blossoms, which comes with Alaskan King Crab and red pepper espuma. Every bite of these appetizing squash blossoms will bring enjoyment to the senses.

Time for the main course! Our favorite Miami Spice Seaspice offering is the Alaskan King Crab Tagliatelle, served with preserved lemon, confit tomato, smoked trout and caviar, such an exquisite and flavorful entrée.  Another amazing entrée on the dinner menu is the Beef Wellington, which comes with baby spinach and roasted tomato. This dish is sure to heighten your senses with its beautiful display and even better flavor.

The desserts at Seaspice are so visually appealing that you feel the desire to almost leave the masterpiece as is untouched, but then you have one bite and it’s game over… During Miami Spice guests have the option to choose from the Tres Leches and the Guanaja Chocolate Cremoso. Both equally sweet and splendid for all dessert lovers.

Miami Spice menus will be available at Seaspice for Lunch Tuesday to Friday from 12PM-3:30PM, Dinner Tuesday to Friday from 4PM-12AM, and Brunch Saturday & Sunday 12PM-3:30PM. Definitely a restaurant to add to your Miami Spice list!
