Bottomless Rose Brunch at Seaspice Miami is Fantastic

Seaspice Miami is a marvelous spot to hit all these requirements now that they have introduced their $75 – 3 course brunch with Bottomless Rose to the menu!!  We are admirable proponents of aquatic-side dining. It adds a dose of serenity to the meal and amplifies the experience.  Situated right off of the Miami River the architecture is exquisite and we caught ourselves admiring the place throughout dinner taking in the ambiance. The restaurant is colossal with ample seating indoors, outdoors and at the bar. The water skyline paints a majestic backdrop that is visible from both the inside and the dockside seating. Sea-faring tycoons may navigate their yacht and dock it there, if they are so inclined. Seaspice has a legendary Sunday evening party that one must experience. Now it pays to go there early on Sunday too.

The brunch was like a dream come true, pounding cold rose at an exquisite restaurant overlooking the water and skyline. It makes you feel like you are brunching properly without paying a fortune to enjoy high quality cuisine, liquor and a glorious experience. We highly suggest you ask to be seated in DJ’s section. He is one of the sweetest and talented waiters we ever experienced and be sure to leave room in your bloated belly for his wife Chef Jill’s extraordinary desserts. They are equally as delectable and works of Sugart!!
