Going into its third edition, Concept ID’s 5 Star New Year’s Eve is backed by nightlife icon Eric Milon and is also the featured event on the exclusive nightlife app InList by Michael Capponi.
Unlike the usual nightclub venues and standard parties, the power trio has secured Robin Schulz as the headliner and a palatial location on Watson Island for the grand fete. To compliment the luxe details of the event, guests are encouraged to don their most glamorous white and gold ensembles

On Thursday, December 31, the French bistro introduces two New Years Eve dinner prix fixe packages that include new dishes, along with bottle service.
The first seating, priced at $150 per person, offers Dom Pérignon Welcome Toast and a savory three course meal. Some of the options include Napoléon de Crabe d’Alaska -Alaskan King Crab, Hearts Of Palm, Avocado, Jalapeño-Mango Salsa, Trio de Veau -Roasted Veal Tenderloin, Braised Cheek, Cripsy Sweet Bread, Spinach Subric, Sauce Gribiche, and Croquant Praline & Chocolat -Hazelnut & Chocolate Fondant, to name a few.

Guests will be able to enjoy the live music of DJ Tom Laroc while toasting to the New Year with champagne specials by the bottle including Perrier Jouet NV Brut ($90), Henri Giraud Esprit De Giraud Rose ($125), Billecart-Salmon Cuvee Nicolas Francois 1999 ($200) and Perrier Jouet Belle Epouque 2012 ($250). Dolce Italian at Gale South Beach
The winner of Bravo TV’s hit reality show Best New Restaurant in 2015, Dolce Italian, will offer a delicious five course dinner menu by Executive Chef Paolo Dorigato. Guests will begin their dinner with chef’s Amuse-Bouches before dining on Roasted Scallops with a Sunchoke Puree. For their entrées, patrons will enjoy a delicate Cannelloni Alla Piemontese, with Veal and Swiss Chard Cannelloni, and a Filetto Rossini, a 6 oz. Filet Migon with seared Foie Gras and Black Truffles. Upstairs on the Gale Rooftop, guests will enjoy sweeping views of Miami Beach perfect for the oncoming scene of beautiful fireworks. Driftwood Room at Nautilus, a SIXTY Hotel, in South Beach invites guests to start the new year the right way with a special brunch buffet on January 1, 2016.
