5 Star New Year’s Eve
Going into its third edition, Concept ID’s 5 Star New Year’s Eve is backed by nightlife icon Eric Milon and is also the featured event on the exclusive nightlife app InList by Michael Capponi.
Unlike the usual nightclub venues and standard parties, the power trio has secured Robin Schulz as the headliner and a palatial location on Watson Island for the grand fete. To compliment the luxe details of the event, guests are encouraged to don their most glamorous white and gold ensembles

Apeiro Kitchen & Bar
On New Year’s Eve, the successful Mediterranean restaurant located in Midtown Miami invites guests to celebrate the holidays with a delightful prix fixe menu. In addition to the holiday dinner menu, priced at $65 per person, there will be half-priced drinks available at the bar with the purchase of any entrée; party favors and colorful décor; and a complimentary Champagne Toast at midnight for any and all guests present. Bagatelle Miami Beach
On Thursday, December 31, the French bistro introduces two New Years Eve dinner prix fixe packages that include new dishes, along with bottle service.
The first seating, priced at $150 per person, offers Dom Pérignon Welcome Toast and a savory three course meal. Some of the options include Napoléon de Crabe d’Alaska -Alaskan King Crab, Hearts Of Palm, Avocado, Jalapeño-Mango Salsa, Trio de Veau -Roasted Veal Tenderloin, Braised Cheek, Cripsy Sweet Bread, Spinach Subric, Sauce Gribiche, and Croquant Praline & Chocolat -Hazelnut & Chocolate Fondant, to name a few.
The second seating, priced at $425 per person, offers Veuve Cliquot Welcome Toast and a savory four course meal. Bazi
Bazi at the Marlin Hotel, featuring the unforgettably bold cuisine of Chef Michael Pirolo, will be offering Chef’s Feast, a one-night-only New Year’s Eve dinner prix fixe menu along with bubbly specials from 9:30-11:00 pm, following the 6:00-8:00 pm regular dinner service. Guests will be able to enjoy the live music of DJ Tom Laroc while toasting to the New Year with champagne specials by the bottle including Perrier Jouet NV Brut ($90), Henri Giraud Esprit De Giraud Rose ($125), Billecart-Salmon Cuvee Nicolas Francois 1999 ($200) and Perrier Jouet Belle Epouque 2012 ($250). Priced at $120 per person, the party goes until 2:00 am and the city fireworks will be visible from the patio. Dolce Italian at Gale South Beach
The winner of Bravo TV’s hit reality show Best New Restaurant in 2015, Dolce Italian, will offer a delicious five course dinner menu by Executive Chef Paolo Dorigato. Guests will begin their dinner with chef’s Amuse-Bouches before dining on Roasted Scallops with a Sunchoke Puree. For their entrées, patrons will enjoy a delicate Cannelloni Alla Piemontese, with Veal and Swiss Chard Cannelloni, and a Filetto Rossini, a 6 oz. Filet Migon with seared Foie Gras and Black Truffles. To finish their meal, guests will enjoy Panettone for dessert, with over Crème Anglaise and homemade Vanilla Ice Cream. Two dinner seatings are available from 6 pm – 8 pm or 9:30 pm – midnight. The prix fixe menu is $150 for adults and $75 for children.
After dinner, guests can take their pick and enjoy New Year’s Eve on the Gale Rooftop, inside Rec Room, or inside Regent Cocktail Club, or enjoy all three with a Gale Hotel All Access Pass ($250). Upstairs on the Gale Rooftop, guests will enjoy sweeping views of Miami Beach perfect for the oncoming scene of beautiful fireworks. Beginning at 8 pm guests will enjoy an open bar until 1 am, a full dinner buffet, a champagne toast at midnight, and the best vantage point to witness this year’s fireworks. Setting the mood for guests as they welcome the New Year is DJ Crooked who will countdown to midnight.
Downstairs in the Subterranean Rec Room, starting at 8 pm guests will vibe to the cool sounds of SKAM artist PS1 while enjoying an open bar from 8 pm – midnight and champagne toast at the hour. Driftwood Room at Nautilus
Driftwood Room at Nautilus, a SIXTY Hotel, in South Beach invites guests to start the new year the right way with a special brunch buffet on January 1, 2016. GK Bistronomie
The countdown to 2016 at the fabulous GK Bistronomie starts with a complimentary Wynwood Sahumerio with Absolut Elyx upon arrival. Guests will also enjoy a six-course feast, plus, a toast to the new year with a champagne toast.

Hakkasan – Fontainbleau Miami Beach
For New Year’s, Fontainebleau’s modern Chinese restaurant, Hakkasan, will be offering two seatings. A four-course prix-fixe menu priced at $195 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, is available from 6 pm – 7:30 pm. The feast begins with a family-style dim sum platter with Alaskan Crabmeat Dumplings, steamed Har Gar with Golden Leaf, steamed Lobster Dumplings and Crystal Black Rice dumplings. The individual appetizer combo includes the Crispy Duck Salad with Mango Scallops and the family style entrées include the charcoal grilled Chilean Sea Bass with Truffle Sauce, pan-fried Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper Sauce, Crispy Lobster with Eggplant and Royal Fried Rice with spicy Conch Meat. Previously known as “Blanc”, or white party, the annual New Year’s Soiree held each December at The Ritz-Carlton – South Beach returns as a gold affair. The Eve of Midas event inspired by all things gold, will take place Thursday December 31st from 8:30 pm to 1 am.
Event-goers will walk on the “gold carpet” to enter the elegant affair, where they will enjoy an all-inclusive package offering an open bar including champagne, dancing, specialty acts, music by DJ Chris Valencia and Malone, and an array of performances throughout the night, for the price of $149 per person.
