Ruby Jewel’s New November Flavors and Special Events

November Seasonal Ice Cream and Dairy-Free Ice Flavors include:

  • Maple – pure, organic maple ice cream.
  • Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan – browned butter and bourbon ice cream filled with salted pecans.
  • Peanut Butter Dream – salted peanut butter ice cream with generous chunks of peanut butter cups.
  • Rip City Hippie – a tribute to Portland! Mixed Oregon berry ice cream with dark chocolate chunks and house made candied Oregon hazelnut granola.
  • Chocolate Hazelnut – a smooth ice cream of rich dark chocolate and Oregon hazelnuts, a classic flavor in our grocery store ice cream pint line.

Dairy Free:

  • Horchata Ice – A Ruby Jewel staff favorite! Rice milk-based ice with Singing Dog Vanilla and sweet warming spices.
  • Pear Ginger Ice – Oregon D’Anjou pears from Stahlbush Farms blended with fresh ginger.
