If you thought a sweltering, sunny summer day in Miami couldn’t get any hotter, then you obviously weren’t at Bayside Marketplace this past Monday where we and other awesome influencers were invited by NESCAFE Latino to share a #MomentoNESCAFE with iced coffee and other fun surprises.

Nescafe set up an air-conditioned tent at Bayside and invited passersby to share a cafecito and a #MomentoNESCAFE with a stranger. A lot of people were perplexed and said “no,” but the lucky ones who agreed were escorted into the tent. Once in the tent, they got to sit down in a living room type setup and enjoy an iced cafecito.

Then, they turned up at the heat as superstar Ricky Martin pops out of the back to surprise them. You could hear the squeals and screams of glee all the way to the American Airlines arena!

Ricky was so generous with his love and time. He smiled, hugged, and graciously kissed his lucky fans providing them with loads of life changing selfie photo ops. The joyous faces of these lucky fans as they left the tent were priceless.

In addition to a non-stop stream of coffee, there was a fun photo booth with costumes to capture a memento of your #MomentoNESCAFE.

I was the sole male among a group of female bloggers and provided a much needed dose of testosterone, though Social Rosy might argue, she had it on lock. We had a blast pounding cafecitos, taking pics, live streaming on Periscope and of course, meeting Ricky. It was so funny to see professional and semi-famous bloggers get starstruck, turn into squealing little middle school girls at the sight of Ricky Martin. This was definitely a #MomentoNescafe to be remembered.
