It’s 2015 and the Pubbelly boys are already kicking off their new pop-up. In honor of Las Octavitas (some Puerto Rican Christmas tradition other than drinking directly from the bottle), Pubbelly will transform into La Lechonera between noon and 3 p.m. every Tuesday through Friday during the month of January serving a Puerto Rican inspired lunch.

Inspired by Puerto Rico’s ‘chinchorros’, the limited Puerto Rican lunch menu will feature traditional dishes such as empanadillas, mofongo, and lechon asado.
