It is Peruvian Independence day soon and it’s time to get are ceviche and pisco sour on. La Mar’s Peruvian Independence Day celebrations, starts during Sunday Brunch on July 26 and continuing to August 1.

Sunday Brunch on the July 26

–          featuring a live action Paella serving Arroz con Pato, made with confit duck, black beer, squash, corn cider and cilantro

–          Traditional Peruvian music played live

–          Same Sunday Brunch pricing of USD 85 per person

 

From July 26 to August 1, festive family-style platters of classic Peruvian cuisine available during dinner only:

–          Piqueo Frio, with Cebiche Mixto, Causa Cangrejo, and Seafood Jalea (USD 45)

–          Piqueo Caliente, Anticuchos de Corazon, Pan con Chicharron, Aji de Gallina Empanadas and Yucca with Ocopa Sauce. (USD 45)

 

Cocktail specials (USD 15 each) include:

–          Cucumber-basil Albahaca Pisco

–          Eucalyptus Mule

–          Tiki Limeño with spicy-infused pisco

On July 28, Peru’s official Independence Day, the Peruvian band will return to provide a lively evening celebration.
