Michael Mina’s high-energy, modern bistro will offer a prix-fixe menu at $75 per person from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. The autumnal offerings begin with a Pumpkin Risotto appetizer featuring Carnaroli superfino, aged Parmesan cheese, pumpkin seeds and white truffle whip. For the entrée course, diners will be served a traditional Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey featuring a chestnut and mortadella stuffed turkey leg, sweet potato gratin, cranberry relish and honey cardamom jus.Pumpkin Panna Cotta with espresso cake, cranberry sauce and cinnamon ice cream will finish off the meal on a sweet note.

Scarpetta

Fontainebleau’s acclaimed Italian eatery will offer a four-course prix-fixe dinner for $75 per person from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.  Guests will enjoy Smoked Foie Gras with roasted celery, pickled squash and barberries followed by Braised Rabbit Cavatelli with carrots, porcini and aged goat cheese. For the ‘Piatti’ course, enjoy Roasted Turkey with turkey leg porchetta, focaccia stuffing and cranberry sage dressing. A Pear Crostata with spiced caramel, toasted almond and homemade vanilla gelato will be offered for dessert.

StripSteak

Those who dine at StripSteak, Fontainebleau’s newest dining destination on Thanksgiving will be among the first to try the newest outpost from Chef Michael Mina. The innovative and contemporary steakhouse is offering a Thanksgiving feast, available from noon to 4 p.m. and 5 to 10 p.m. for $65 per person. The menu will feature delectable action and buffet stations such as a Shellfish section, featuring oysters, king crab, clams and shrimp in addition to a Market Salad and Charcuterie station that will offer fresh salads and a selection of meats and cheeses. The carving station will entice guests with Wood Fired Prime Rib and Cedar Grilled Salmon accompanied by whipped potatoes and baked macaroni and cheese with bacon. All tables will receive Bacon and apple roasted turkey breast, grilled turkey leg confit, chorizo stuffing turkey gravy, whipped sweet potatoes and Autumn roasted vegetables. A decadent dessert station will include options such as Maple Pumpkin Pie, Apple Cranberry Pie, Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chip Pie, a Cupcake Display and an interactive action station featuring Pumpkin Churros with accompaniments. Vida, the American brasserie at Fontainebleau Miami Beach has created a special Thanksgiving Day prix-fixe menu available for $45 per person, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and will feature a Roasted Pumpkin Soup with sage scented croutons followed by the restaurant’s Herb Roasted Turkey with choice of stuffing, potato and vegetable side and for dessert, diners can enjoy Pumpkin Pie with cinnamon anglaise and Pecan Pie with caramel sauce.

Meat Market

Lincoln Road’s sizzling-hot steak house, will offer several à la carte Thanksgiving dinner specials on Thursday, November 27. Devon Seafood + Steak

South Florida’s suburban hotspot serving prime meats and fresh ocean fare, will offer an all-day Thanksgiving buffet on Thursday, November 27, from 11 am – 7 pm. Priced at $36 per person for adults and $18 for children 12 and under (excluding beverages, tax and gratuity; kids under 3 eat free), the spread will feature a carving station with roasted turkey; maple glazed ham with honey wine sauce; and slow-roasted prime rib with horseradish cream. Guests can also enjoy a cold seafood display featuring oysters on the half shell; assorted smoked fish and cocktail shrimp with traditional garnishes. Just in time for the holidays, guests can celebrate Thanksgiving at Seagrape, opening on Friday, November 21, at the brand new Thompson Miami Beach. The restaurant will be offering a special pre-fixe menu for $65 per person (excluding gratuity). The feast begins with a salad of baby Swank greens, shaved persimmon, candied pecans and pecorino ribbons, dressed with a cider vinaigrette. The Dutch will offer a home style Thanksgiving prix-fixe dinner on Thursday, November 27, from noon – 9 p.m., with a specialty menu created by Chef de Cuisine Conor Hanlon.  Priced at $55 per person and served individually or family style (excluding beverages, tax and gratuity), the meal will feature roasted turducken, confit turkey leg stuffing, spiced butternut squash, cranberry-walnut chutney and classic gravy. Executive Chef John Iatrellis of Miami Beach’s seafood hotspot, Lure Fishbar, will be serving a delectable pre-fixe menu for $75 per person (excluding gratuity). Starters include a choice of pumpkin bisque, roasted blue point oysters, or pan seared crab cakes and a Redland mixed green salad with blood orange dressing. Miami Beach’s go-to dining destination for authentic Northern Italian cuisine, will offer a three-course Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu for lunch and dinner on Thursday, November 27.
