The Melting Pot in Boca Raton Introduces New Cooking Style

The Melting Pot in Boca Raton is changing up the fondue game with a new tabletop cast-iron grilling experience. Guests can now enjoy searing up their favorite proteins and veggies. In addition, The Melting Pot is home to the most delectable cheese and chocolate fondue options. Guests can enjoy a four-course dinner with custom selected options for the ultimate fondue dinner experience. The Melting Pot Boca Raton also boasts an award-winning wine list, specialty martinis and hand-mixed cocktails.

First Course: Cheese Fondue

The Melting Pot offers various cheese fondue options such as Quattro Formaggio, Bacon and Brie, and Wisconsin Cheddar. My favorite is the classic Spinach Artichoke fondue. Made from butterkäse, fontina, parmesan, spinach, artichoke hearts, and garlic. This mix of ingredients will create a beautifully blended fondue that will leave you wanting more. All cheese fondues are served with artisan breads, fresh fruits, and veggies. An option for a charcuterie board to complement your cheese fondue is also available, containing Tuscan salami, prosciutto, calabrese salami, fig spread, artisan crackers, and Kalamata olives.

Second Course: Fresh Salads

Every four-course dinner includes a fresh salad with several options to choose from. Including The Melting Pot House salad, California salad, and a Caesar salad. My selection of the night was the Strawberry Almond salad, which had mixed greens, strawberries, honey-roasted almonds, feta, and a house-made raspberry walnut vinaigrette. Some fresh greens always go well after a round of cheese.

Third Course: The Entrée

While The Melting Pot offers many entrée options for a tabletop cooking experience, I am going to focus on the newest addition, the tabletop cast-iron grilling experience. This new addition takes grilling to the next level. Guests can choose from steak, chicken, shrimp, lobster, dumplings, veggies, tofu, salmon, scallops, and much more to sear to perfection. Servers educate guests on cooking techniques and how to know when the food is ready. It is a fun interactive learning experience for all. An experience for guests to grill their favorite options to their personal liking right at the table.

Fourth Course: Chocolate Fondue

Dessert time is the best time! The Melting Pot is famous for their chocolate fondue options along with their yummy treats to dip into the chocolate. Dipping treats include marshmallows, rice Krispy treats, pineapples, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, cheesecake pieces, blondies, bananas, crème puffs, brownies, and much more. Chocolate fondue options include Cookies ‘N Cream Marshmallow Dream, Yin & Yang, Chocolate S’mores, and many more. One of the most popular chocolate fondue options is the Bananas Foster. The Bananas Foster includes white chocolate, bananas, dulce de leche, and cinnamon. Wow, talk about heaven on earth, or should I say heaven in my mouth.
