David Bracha, owner and executive chef of Oak Tavern the Design District’s popular neighborhood hangout, will be continuing the restaurant’s popular Tuesday night “AOC” (Appellation D’Origine Controlee) menu throughout the month of September 2014. Every Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., guests will be transported to different destinations around the world through unique food and wine pairings native to each region. Combining traditional small plates with complementary wine selections, Oak Tavern will take guests on a gastronomic world tour with stops in France, Italy, California, and Germany.
Moving across the globe, each week AOC will feature a different plate and wine pairing for $25 per person and will include two glasses of wine and two small plates. Tax and gratuity not included. Schedule as follows:

Horseradish crusted bone marrow
