DiLido Beach Club Brings Frosé Friday to Start the Weekend Right!

Yes way, frosé! Rose wine has really taken the beverage world by storm. People are basically turning anything into a frosé that you can possibly think of, especially in Miami. The DiLido Beach Club at the Ritz Carlton South Beach has followed the trend, announcing Frosé Friday every week. Now you can kick off the weekend with savings on their signature frosé along with a selection of delicious cocktails and small bites on their Friday menu from 4 PM to 6 PM.

Frose Friday

Chic Beach Club Vibes

The best part of these Friday Happy Hours is simply being at the DiLido Beach Club itself. This hidden gem is nestled behind the hotel on the oceanside at ground level. This location gives a front row view of the most beautiful sunsets, while frosé in hand. It’s not only a perfect COVID-friendly environment, but a great spot to enjoy any upcoming celebration with friends. The restaurant and lounge is chic and cozy all at the same time with a backdrop you can’t get enough of. At the bar, mixologists play with medicinal herbs and healthy ingredients including spirulina, turmeric and acai bringing a creative mix of flavors to your taste buds.

So What’s on the Menu?

The cocktails menu is on it’s A-game with four completely different but refreshingly bold choices to fit anyone’s palette. Each individually unique with interesting flavor combinations that work so elegantly together. Guests can enjoy the DiLido Beach Club Frosé, made with Ketel One Grapefruit and Rose. The SoBe Sangria mixes Sauvignon Blanc, Giffard Vanille, Tio Pepe Fino sherry, prickly pear, and lemon (I was surprisingly impressed with this one). The Boardwalk Spritz is perfect for those who like a little fizz, made with Hendrick’s gin, Aperol, elderflower berry, soda water, and topped with sparkling wine. Last but not least, they have a Coquito made with Havana Club Anejo, coconut, half and half, and spice syrup to keep the holidays going! Not only are these cocktails quite gorgeous, but they really lift up your spirits too (pun intended) with thier light and refreshing qualities.

Perfect Pairings

The Friday menu also features four bites to choose from all at only $10 each. Guests can enjoy Popcorn Corkscrew Shrimp, Half Dozen Oyesters, Housemade Guacamole, and Half a Dozen Wings. Everything is housemade down to sauces and salsas. Every bite clearly expressed the quality of their ingredients. The favorite Bite of the menu for us was definitly the Corkscrew Shrimp. This basket of shrimp is lightly fried and served with cajun spiced popcorns for a little extra kick and a crunch. Dip it all togther into the served cocktail sauce and you’re in for a treat. The oyesters were juicy, the wings were hot and spicy, and the guacamole was light and garden-fresh and served with a robust salsa with the perfect combo fo flavor and heat.

The DiLido Beach Club Everyday

The DiLido Beach Club is bringing Fridays with a bang but this beach promenade is a great place to enjoy the sun on any day of the week. Visit for cocktails and delicious snacks and enjoy the wonderful view and friendly staff. They serve an all-day lunch menu influenced by Spanish, French and Greek cuisines as a true reflection of Miami’s culture. Emmerse yourself with everything to tickle your sences. You’ll find it all at at the Ritz Carlton South Beach and ask them how to get to the Beach Club next time you’re there.
