Fogo de Chao Miami Beach – Innovative Bar Menu

Fogo de Chao Miami Beach- Innovative Bar Menu

Fogo De Chao Miami Beach has recently introduced some riveting innovations to their bar scene. The new fogo bar menu provides a casual alternative for guests wanting to enjoy bites and cocktails in place of the plethora of meat that Fogo de Chao Miami Beach offers for lunch and dinner. In fact, if cocktails are your thing, I’d recommend that you start off at the bar for a couple of drinks before setting off to dinner.

Among some of the bar bites offered are: Braised Beef sliders, Brazilian empanadas, and crispy parmesan polenta fries.

Our personal favorites of the night were the Brazilian empanadas that came wrapped on flaky pastry and filled with seasoned Picanha and onions. A chimichurri aioli sauce is served on the side for dipping and some sliced spicy red peppers come served on the side if you like the heat. Order these, you can’t go wrong with them!

Also offered in their new bar menu is a slew of Brazilian caipirinha’s and Brazilian cocktails. For hardier drinkers that enjoy the taste of good alcohol, I recommend the Brazilian Gentleman, which comes with Knob Creek Rye Bourbon, passion fruit, tawny port, Amargo Chuncho Bitters and honey.

For those who enjoy sweeter drinks that you could drink one after another without realizing how much you’ve drank, both the Brazilian Nights is our recommendation. The Brazilian Nights includes Belvedere Vodka, passion fruit, cinnamon honey, lemon ginger tincture and La Marca Prosecco.

Happy hour specials are available Monday through Friday. I certainly recommend coming in for Happy Hour and splurging on $4 Brazilian bar bites and beers, 6$ cocktails and 8$ wines. You can go all out on this bar menu or transition into an upper scale dinner of all you can eat meat. Either way, this is certainly a happy hour in Miami Beach worth checking out!

On top of the new bar menu and Happy Hour scene, Fogo De Chao Miami Beach has implemented a new Spring Menu with the addition seasonal salads and soups such as the Blackberry Arugula Salad, the Lentil Quinoa Salad, and the Carrot Ginger Soup. Don’t sleep on the Carrot Ginger Soup, it is delicious! The ginger hits you right away, it’s so easy to drink a bowl of this soup. Just don’t fill up too much on the soup if you’re planning on the all you can eat rodizio!

Fogo de Chao Miami Beach is a meat eaters paradise as an endless supply of table side carved cuts of protein are served at your beckon call. A basket of freshly baked cheesy breads are served along with sides which include mashed potatoes, fried bananas, and crispy polenta fries. Everyone knows those cheesy breads are to die for!

There is ALWAYS room for dessert! The Key Lime Pie and Vanilla Creme Brulee are both great options depending on your preferences for dessert.
