Electric Zoo:  Transformed- Labor Day Weekend

The Electric Zoo: Transformed festival is the event of the summer for anyone interested in electronic music from headliners The Chemical Brothers, Above & Beyond and Alesso, alongside Anime Edge & DANCE and Alison Wonderland to Zeds Dead and ZAXX.  ELECTRIC ZOO: TRANSFORMED is literally an A-Z of the most relevant artists and unique genres in electronic music right now.  Anyone who  is in the know is all about this festival already.  It has always been known for its lively, fun-filled music, but this Labor Day weekend, there is an added bonus….food!  The Electric Zoo has Transformed!

I’m not talking about your average festival food of dry hamburgers and sad, soggy fries.  I mean delectable gourmet bites that will make any foodie smile!  There will be over thirty different food vendors offering everything from lobster rolls, to tacos, to pizza, all from your beloved spots such as Bareburger, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, BK POP, Brooklyn Baked & Fried, Brooklyn Wok Shop, Calexico, Candy Rox, Chef Samir Truck, CHICKPEA & OLIVE, Epicurean Events, Excell’s Kingston Eatery, Handsome Hank’s, Home Frite, Homeslice Pizza, ITUP International (OHSOBA), Kimchi Taco Truck, La Newyorkina, Landhaus, Luke’s Lobster, Luzzo’s Pizza Cart Inc., Melt Bakery, Nuchas, Peace Love Tacos, Rice And Chopsticks, Ritas Water Ice NYC, Seoul Pancake, Sycamore Foods (Dba Red Star Sandwich Shop), Tacos El Tigre, Taquitoria, The Bay, Twist And Smash’d, Valduccis Pizza, Waffle De Lys, and Wooly’s.

This is now a food event in its own right. You could literally go all day, each day of the festival, and not try everything!  Personally, I think I might pitch a tent and give it my best shot! Amazing food and outstanding music, on beautiful Randall’s Island with a positive, festive vibe? I can’t think of a better way to end the summer!

Electric Zoo Reformed
