El Tucan Reopens More Enticing & Scrumptious Than Ever

El Tucan Reopens More Enticing Than Ever

There are plenty of Miami venues that are sexy, but some are more alluring than others. El Tucan is an exquisite and sultry spot that stands out among Miami’s most inviting havens. The newly reinvigorated El Tucan is a sophisticated restaurant and lounge concept with a dinner party unlike any other in the heart of Brickell. Boasting warm, tropical vibes, the new El Tucán incorporates a refined, modern design, Asian-inspired dishes and a chic, high-energy party atmosphere that provides the ultimate experience that defines Miami nightlife.

Smiles erupt upon entering this den, even if you are not greeted by gorgeous girls in boas and feather headdresses at the door. The radiant colors, glistening wood and stellar music will enchant you. Upon my trip there was an enchanting Garden of Eden motif vividly cast on the high quality digital screens lining the walls. Right away we knew we were smart to cancel our other plans and check out El Tucan!

“The new El Tucán is a haven for locals and visitors who appreciate a refined, high-energy atmosphere, elevated cuisine and innovative cocktails, perfectly integrated to the beat of a sexy, global and diverse soundtrack provided by our resident DJ,” says Mathieu Massa, owner of Mr. Hospitality.  “I want El Tucán to feel inclusive and intimate, but also vibrant and electric, like a never-ending party that embodies the energy of Miami.”

From the moment you enter El Tucán, you are transported to a mystical world designed to stimulate and indulge all the senses.  As the night progresses, the tropical and glamorous atmosphere evolves into an intimate and seductive dance party amidst lush foliage and images of wild animals in the Amazon rainforest.  A new state-of-the-art Pioneer DJ/Pro Audio sound system will enhance the experience, along with one-of-a-kind, advanced LED wall displays around the DJ booth and second floor balcony with tropical images that will create a magical atmosphere and build momentum as the party evolves into the late-night hours as the resident DJ sets the mood for what’s bound to be an unforgettable night.

Every table in the remodeled 150-seat, two-level elegant restaurant and lounge is the best seat in the house. The DJ booth has been redesigned and moved to center stage with an elevated VIP area behind it.  In addition to the existing chandelier bar, there is now a new sleek modern bar in the center of the main dining room, directly across the DJ booth. The VIP areas, designed to accommodate large parties, are adorned with comfortable sofas, feline prints, textured wood, antique mirrors, oversized palm leaves and tropical colors, such as yellow, purple, green and gold, as are the other seating areas throughout the venue.

The second-floor layout has been enhanced with comfortable chestnut and leopard banquettes that feel intimate and allow you to experience the DJ and surprise entertainment, including aerialists, singers and dancers, with unobstructed views.  Artist Simon Vargas’ original murals depict a whimsical world of wild animals, including the Tucán, Callithrix monkey, black panther and cheetah, and lush jungle scenes along the walls.

The new à la carte dinner menu at El Tucán features a sophisticated twist on Asian-inspired specialties, incorporating authentic flavors and culinary components from Japan and Thailand. Signature Mr. Hospitality dishes include Tuna Tart, Spicy Hamachi Tacos, Wagyu Sliders, Truffle Mac’n’Cheese, Sushi Platter, Omakase Menu and hot stone style A5 Wagyu Kobe Beef. New dishes created exclusively for the menu at El Tucán include Pork Belly Bao Buns, Chicken Wing Lollipops, and Crispy Fuji Apple and Chocolate Lava Cake.

We strongly suggest you order whatever catches your eye from the bar menu. The drinks come out superbly displayed and are quite tasty.

The sushi & Sashimi were beyond fresh and supple like they were just delivered straight from the sea.

The Chilean Sea Bass Satay was succulent, nicely spiced and loads of fun to eat off of the kabobs.

It does not get more premium than REAL hot stone style A5 Wagyu Kobe Beef. This is the highest quality meat you can get in the world. It is the ones were the cows are massaged and fed beer. You can truly taste the difference as this divine cow melts into your mouth.

Obviously you want to go big for dessert with the Imperial platter, so you can experience a multitude of confectionery wonders along with insanely fresh fruit.

Wednesday night is girls’ night out at El Tucán. Tipsy Tucán, the seductive and playful weekly celebration, will bring a new level of sexiness and decadent dining to Brickell, keeping the party going with champagne toasts late into the night.  Just as Mr. Hospitality’s other signature nights My Boyfriend Is Out of Town at Bâoli and Thursday Soiree at Marion have become known as the sexiest and most notorious ladies nights, Tipsy Tucán at El Tucán will bring a new level of wild entertainment to Miami.

We have yet to check out the Wednesday night party, but dining anytime at El Tucan is sure to be a luscious treat. We were severely impressed with the libations, cuisine, service, ambiance and funky tunes the DJ was enhancing our dinner with. El Tucan is a spot you will want to start frequenting.

El Tucan is located at 1111 SW 1st Avenue, Miami, Fl, 33130, next door to Marion Miami, and is open Wednesday through Saturday, 7pm-late. For reservations please call 305.535.0065, email [email protected] or visit Here For special events, please call 305.490.9454. Valet parking available.
