El Patio Wynwood – Miami Latin Bar Grand Opening Celebration
The 2015 ART BASEL revealed a whole new definition of LATINA VINTRASH to Wynwood with the pre-opening of El Patio Wynwood. EL Patio, the newest Latina Lounge to grace the thriving Wynwood neighborhood will be celebrating their Grand Opening on Friday, January 22, with unlimited cocktails by Don Julio Tequila, Jack Daniels Honey & free flowin’ Sam Adams Beer from 8-10 pm, with reservations.
EL Patio Wynwood is a 3,500 square foot space designed to bring together art, handcrafted artisan cocktails, handcrafted beer, a wide range of Latin Beats, Salsa Vintage, Reggaeton, Champeta, Cumbia Funk, Pacific Vibes, with a sprinkle of live performances.
During El Patio’s Grand Opening , DJ QU4TRO will be playing his signature sound called Electrópico, a fusion of electronic dance music mixed with Salsa, Zouk, Reggae, Cumbia, Dancehall, Merengue & Kuduro creating a unique sound born in Miami.
The bilingual, multicultural band, Xperimento, will also be performing their blend of world sounds such as Cumbia, Reggae, Merengue, Ska, Salsa, and Funk with elements of Rock, R&B, Hip Hop and Dancehall. Their songs are rhythmically driven, melodic, and catchy, making their live performances upbeat and fun. Xperimento’s line-up includes a horn section, percussion, drums, electric guitar, bass and a multifaceted singer.
At the forefront of El Patio Wynwood are owners Nicolas Hoyos, Catalina Monsalve, Beto Perez and Jaquelina Zingalez, the dream team of the Latin Operators and entrepreneurs; who have extensive experience in the gastronomic and Latin entertainment world.
Nicolas Hoyos, founder and creator of the emblematic nightclubs Macondo, Baru Urbano and Zoe in South Beach, along with Catalina in the Operations side.
Carlos Alberto ‘Beto’ Perez Fleta will be incorporating all of his training as a designer and bartender behind the bar by infusing and transposing flavors with a feverish passion for the craft and delighting clients with the discovery of a whole new sensory experience.
