June 11th kicks off Copa América – the much anticipated 44th annual South American soccer tournament – and Barceloneta South Beach is hosting watch parties for each match with classic Latin foods. The “Copa América Corner” at the bar will provide guests with a chance to show their game-day pride with 11 beers from the 11 countries, with food pairings from the competing regions. Some dishes served will be:
- Bandeja paisa with white rice, black beans, pork belly and a fried egg
- Fish ceviche with tostones
- Chorizo empanadas
