Kicking off the last day of the year with an early dinner on Friday, December 31st, Chotto Matte will ring in the new year with an eye-catching art installation paired with high-vibrational live DJ beats. Enjoy Miami local DJ Dave Sol who will keep you dancing all night from 7PM through 2AM. During which interactive performances by ballerina dancers will enhance the hypnotic vibe, painted head to toe in glow-in-the-dark neon paint.

Mesmerized diners will continue their experience with Chotto Matte’s flavorful food and drink pickings. A specialty cocktail menu created in collaboration with The House of Suntory featuring Roku gin, Haku vodka and Toki whisky, for example: The Orizuru featuring Roku Gin, sakura, lychee and lemon and The Fuji Blossom: featuring Haku Vodka, peach liqueur, pearl jasmine and lemon.
