Just Kitten Around is a new monthly comedy fundraiser Chicago at the Catcade, a cat cafe and rescue on Belmont. It’s the only show in Chicago where you can laugh with a cat on your lap!
In the Just Kitten Around: Comedy Fundraiser Chicago we have amazing sketches, knee-slapping standup, and musical comedy from some of Chicago’s most talented comedians. Sounds purrrfect! Hosted by the cutest kitties in Cook County, Alex Collyard and Elsie How. The show starts at 8:30 p.m., but come at the top of the hour at 8:00 p.m. to hang with the cats before you laugh your tail off! Is this enough cat puns yet?

The Catcade is a feline-themed coffee and cocktail lounge with loads of arcade games and loads of cats that are available for adoption. The atmosphere is super laid back, so you can enjoy your afternoon and make a new furry friend.
The Catcade is open Thursday & Friday 12p.m.-8p.m., Saturday 10a.m.-3p.m. & 4p.m.-8p.m., Sunday 11 a.m.-3p.m. & 4p.m.-7p.m., and Monday & Tuesday 2p.m.-7p.m.
