Giralda Under the Stars – Coral Gables Al Fresco Dining Series
The Business Improvement District of Coral Gables will be making dining dreams come true in one event with Giralda Under the Stars presented by Zacapa Rum dining al fresco series. More than a dozen restaurants and bars on the renowned Restaurant Row on Giralda Avenue, located between Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Galiano Street, will bring culinary excellence and libations outdoors for diners to enjoy, literally, under the stars.
Restaurant Row will be closed to vehicular traffic, and participating restaurants will fill the street with tables and chairs, live music and entertainment from 7 p.m. to midnight every first Friday of the month through April 2016.
Presenting sponsor Zacapa Rum, once again, invites patrons to experience the award-winning blend of their ultra-premium rums and witness firsthand its international reputation for taste and quality.
On January 8th, the third event of the Giralda Under the Stars series will present a live art installation by graffiti artist Orgie, live beats by Steven B. and string tunes by violinist Monty Bloom. January’s guests will also be able to unleash their creative side and participate in designing an interactive community mural.
Diners will enjoy musical performances, entertainment and activities that will vary every month and offer variety to each event in the series, including a Cool Kids Corner that will host fun, kid-friendly activities and entertainment until 9 p.m.
