On Tuesday, October 18th, db Bistro’s chef Clark Bowen teams up with neighbor Wynwood Brewing Company for a four-course dinner presenting seasonal dishes including Florida Figs, Burrata, Rocket Coulis, Focaccia Tuile and Local Pompano, Confit Fennel, Blistered Tomatoes, Lemon, paired with exciting craft beers.
db Bistro Moderne is Chef Daniel Boulud’s contemporary bistro where traditional French cuisine meets the flavors of the American market.  Inspired by the uniquely French appreciation for local produce and seasonality, the restaurant highlights the finest ingredients in a casual setting.  db Bistro Moderne promises care-free, convivial and delicious dining with a Miami-chic atmosphere in downtown’s JW Marriott Marquis Miami.
