Verde at Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is offering savory dishes for PAMM’s newest exhibit, the Beatriz Milhazes: Jardim Botânico, available through the length of the exhibit until January 11, 2015. The menu includes Smoked Mozzarella stuffed Black Eyed Pea Fritter served with Molho Coulis for an appetizer and a delightful Red Grouper and Little Neck Clam Moqueca with Coconut Cashew Rice for the main course. The Smoked Mozzarella stuffed Black Eyed Pea Fritter is a twist on the Brazilian Queijo Acaraje and the Moqueca is a Brazilian seafood stew, in honor of the exhibit.
