Throughout the month of April, Verde at PAMM is teaming up with Paradise Farms to offer a special local menu, created by Chef Kaytlin Brakefield. Each dish on the menu will have Paradise Farms ingredients, offering a fresh and savory experience for guests.
This prix fixe menu ($45), available on Thursday nights for dinner, includes Paradise Farms Squash Blossom Fritters, Housemade Ricotta, Paradise Farms Honey,
Paradise Farms Kale Cesar Salad, Tomato, Crispy Pancetta, Zack The Baker Rye Crouton,
Local Grilled Wahoo, Paradise Farms Rainbow Carrots, Herb Brodo,and Buttermilk Panna Cotta, Paradise Farm Passion Fruit – Pineapple Compote.
