15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar at Viceroy Miami
The hotel’s signature restaurant is featuring a seven-course dinner menu. There’s even a menu option for vegetarians, too. Combined with breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, two complimentary glasses of bubbly and saxophonist, the over-the-top Valentine’s dinner at 15th & Vine is sure to impress even the most discerning sweethearts. But, if you are looking to add a little spice to the occasion, 15th & Vine heats things up with a SoBe Picante cocktail ($15) made with chile-infused tequila, cilantro-orange syrup and lime.
Highlights of the Valentine’s menu include: Three Clam Chowder with sweet corn, celery and bacon; Portobello and Turnip Napoleon with a ginger-soy mirin sauce; Amarillo Ceviche with shrimp, octopus, bay scallop and Amarillo sauce; homemade Mushroom Gnocchi with seared wild mushrooms and truffle mushroom jus; Filet Mignon served with wild mushroom potato pave, tomato coulis, red wine reduction and herb oil; and Grilled Cuttlefish atop squid ink risotto and whipped saffron potato.
For vegans, a six-course menu is available and includes: Farmers Market Salad to start; Portobello and Turnip Napoleon as the second course; Quinoa Salad for the third entree, 4th course Mushroom Gnocchi, and Pomodoro San Marzano as the final savory dish with spaghettini, blistered tomatoes, basil and marinara sauce.

The premiere modern Italian restaurant celebrates Valentine’s Day with Weekend d’Amore. Starting February 12th and through February 14th, Toscana Divino is indulging Couples with selections from their Menu d’Amore a la carte or a three-course dinner, including a demi bottle of Franciacorta for only $75 per person.
The menu consists of Cuore Di Zucca ($20), an appetizer consisting of luxurious textures of Squash, Pecorino & Guanciale; the entree choices include a pasta Mezzaluna Di Manzo ($28), Painted Hills Beef Short Rib Ravioli simmered in a haunting Black Truffle Cream sauce, and a fish selection È Davvero Salmone ($35), is a dish consisting of Wild Salmon, Hearts of Palm “Caponata” & Anson Mills Rice Arancini.
