Toro Toro Launches New Menu

To kick off this year’s South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Celebrity Chef Richard Sandoval exclusively showcased the newly renovated space at Toro Toro, previewed new menu options, and welcomed the restaurant’s new executive chef.
The chef unveiled the new El Matador private dining room, which can seat around 30 people and is the perfect space to celebrate any special occasion, while enjoying the taste and feel of Latin America without leaving home.
Chef Sandoval walked guests through Toro Toro’s new menu items, including roasted vegetable quinoa solterito, sweetcorn cachapas with fresh tomato jam and short rib arepas with queso fresco and avocado coulis. Chef Sandoval, along with InterContinental Miami Hotel’s General Manager, Robert Hill formally announced for the first time new Executive Chef, Jhonnatan Contreras who will lead the Miami team. At the event, more than 100 guests were treated to signature cocktails, Latin American hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment, and Toro Toro’s famous rodizio.
