This prime waterfront location, caters to those who enjoy wining, dining and dancing outdoors. It is set on a tiny Island with exquisite panoramic views of Downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay, and some of the world’s largest mega-yachts docked at the marina. Internationally applauded Alfio Longo joins the restaurant as Executive Chef. Trained in multiple Michelin-starred restaurants, Chef Longo’s vast culinary expertise stems from Le Cirque New York to Casa de Campo. The new Mediterranean menu is inspired by his native coastal Italian regions and reflects sun-drenched destinations such as Cote d’Azur, Mykonos and Costa del Sol.

Signatures include Chef Longo’s Trofie Pasta tossed in his award-winning basil pesto recipe and served with pine nuts and Parmigiano Reggiano; Oven Roasted Chilean Sea Bass is nestled in marmalade leeks drizzled with Champagne sauce and topped with caviar; Colorado Rack of Lamb is brick oven roasted and prepared tableside with porcini mushroom and spinach.

Another unique dish is the Parmigiano Arugula Salad prepared table-side and served in a 24-month aged Parmesan cheese wheel.

The Deck’s in-house pastry chef turns out stunning desserts including the decadent and addictive  Chocolate Nemesis, a flourless chocolate and cacao cake served with Italian hazelnut gelato & a wonderful and traditional Pistachio Cake sprinkled with fresh pistachios served with vanilla custard and rose petals.

Another phenomenal option is the Sparkling Sunset Hour sets a stunning stage for iconic Miami afternoons. Enjoy $12 Taittinger Brut by the glass, $2 oysters, and rotating cocktail specials Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6 to 8 pm and Sunday 4 to 6 pm.

The Deck at Island Gardens is the place to be Sunday. Brunch is served from 12 to 4 pm, and includes luxurious hot and cold stations, delectable dessert bars and a welcome Bellini or Mimosa for $65.00 per person.

Settle in for Sundays #OnDeck for happy hour with global DJs and live drum performances beginning at 4 pm. Dinner is served from 6 pm until late and the restaurant’s dock-side cabanas create a perfect setting for large groups and celebratory occasions.
