The Brightline is a relatively new express train in South Florida traveling from Miami to West Palm Beach with a stop in Fort Lauderdale. A new addition to the Brightline is The Tasting Train, which started in September. This month’s Tasting Train event featured the finest wines from Antinori.

The event begins by picking up passengers at the West Palm Beach station followed by the Fort Lauderdale station. On the way to Miami, staff offer guests wine tastings aboard the train along with flavorful snacks. The ride is smooth and comfortable, a luxurious feeling.

Upon arriving to Miami, we are greeted by smiling staff and live entertainment. The Miami Station was setup with several visually appealing displays of hors d’oeuvres and delicacies. The best part was the several wine tasting stations handing out unlimited wine. In addition, the staff was walking around serving small bites of exquisite dishes and mouth-watering desserts. The vibe of the station was a fun Friday night with a fascinating twist. A DJ, instrumentalists, smiles, dancing, amazing food, wonderful wine, and a trip to Miami without any traffic or driving involved; the ingredients for an incredible night.

The ride back is even better than the ride down. After exploring new wines and learning about them guests go home with new knowledge and interests. It’s an unforgettable experience to expand your love of wine while admiring the skyline views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami.
