Delicious Bottomless Taco Bar Tuesdays at American Social

Enjoy bottomless taco bar and margaritas every Tuesday at American Social Bar & Kitchen from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. This sleek sophisticated hotspot located in Brickell along the Miami River is a place to be scene. It is characterized by its selection of 52 craft beers on draft, fresh-fruit cocktails, wines and “pour it yourself” beers on tap and classic American comfort food. The outdoor patio lends itself to scenic vibes and love music. The chef started his taco bar traditional in their Ft. Lauderdale location. Proved so successful he brought it down to Miami.
For appetizers begin with bottomless homemade guacamole ($11.50) and season freshly made chips. For drinks, we were served a pitcher of Patron Roca Margaritas ($35), made with Patron Roca, simple syrup, lime and orange.
Like a breakfast omelet station, patrons can choose their base from sautéed Shrimp, Ropa Vieja (beef) and Mole Pollo (chicken) served on a warm soft corn tortilla. Meat is made in house, never frozen. Next, choose your topping. A variety of eight are on display: crumble feta, shredded manchego cheese, Nappa cabbage, diced tomatoes, salsa, mango salsa, diced green jalapeños, and roasted corn. Finish your tacos off with avocado mousse or a spicy sauce. Price $15.95.
American Social hosts “Social Hour” from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday with 50 percent drinks and discounts on popular appetizers and flatbreads. Weekend brunch menu and all-you-can-drink specials are available on Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant’s portfolio of prestigious awards includes 2014, 2015 and 2016 South Beach Wine and Food Festival’s “Best Bite on the Beach,” Zagat award-winning Chicken and Waffles dish, and winner of the OBIES: A Taste of South Florida’s “People’s Choice Award.”
