Serious oenophiles and novices alike are in for a wonderful evening when Clarke Swanson of Napa’s Swanson Vineyards travels to BLT Prime at Trump National Doral Miami for a deliciously decadent night of great wines paired with fine food at the Swanson Wine Dinner. The festivities get underway at 7:30 p.m. in the steak house’s gorgeous private dining room. Swanson, one of the earliest producers of Napa Valley Merlot, will pour six stellar wines to accompany the four course dinner and reception. BLT Prime Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward has prepared a menu with flavors that perfectly balance the vintages being presented. The evening is priced at $95 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
