Our SuViche Recommendations

Having tried Pisco for our first time at SuViche, we fell in love. The Mango Pisco Sour is absolutely delicious and our top recommendation. The Passion Fruit Chilcano is another one of our favorites. For sushi, we highly recommend the Samba Roll and the White Hot Heat Roll. Both packed with mouth–watering flavors that leave you wanting more. I deeply crave these rolls just thinking about them…

Other dishes we enjoyed so much we ate every last bite, and would’ve licked the plate as well, are the Salmon Tiraditos with crema de aji amarillo and the Crab and Spicy Tuna Causa. For ceviche, the Aji Amarillo and the Rocoto were both excellent. We are just as excited for this event as you are, you know the restaurant is phenomenal when you’re ecstatic to go back.

About SuViche

SuViche stands not to represent Japanese or Peruvian cuisines independently nor is their purpose to merely “combine” these two cuisines. Rather, they strive to create a new type of cuisine, one that blends the ingredients, traditions, and originality of each cuisine. Their concept integrates these two cuisines in unison in order to create a symbiotic relationship based on the traditions and ingredients that make each cuisine so special.
