Dolce Italian at the Gale South Beach has expanded its successful happy hour just in time with new thirst quenching summer cocktails. The new summer cocktails ($8) include the Veneto Spritzer mixed with Belvedere vodka, Aperol, lemon bitters and tonic water, a signature Dolce Sour composed of Grappa, Campari, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white, and the Bicicletta blended with Campari, Pinot Grigio, Martini Bianco Vermouth and soda water.

Guests can enjoy the handcrafted summer cocktails with a selection of delicious appetizers including Dolce’s wood oven Margherita Pizza; Broccoli e Salsiccia Pizza with broccoli rabe and Italian sausage; Zingara Pizza with spicy salami, peppers and onions; Dolce’s signature Dolce Meatballs, and many more Italian bites served daily from 4 – 8 p.m. for $8. An assortment of wines by the glass will also be available for $8 as well as Peroni draft for $4.
