STK South Beach Launches New Spring Menu
STK is known as “not your Daddy’s steakhouse,” the South Beach version could be known as your Sugar Daddy’s steakhouse on some nights! STK is a gorgeous restaurant. One feels sexy as they enter the doors and are captivated by the sultry vibe. STK has rolled out some new Spring menu items featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients:
SALADS
- Local Heirloom Tomatoes with burrata cheese and panzanalla sauce, garlic crouton & smoked maldon salt
- Spring Mixed Greens with cucumber, pickled hon-shimeji mushroom, toasted hemp seeds and a champagne vinaigrette
STARTERS
- Seared Foie Gras with spring fruit compote, rhubarab puree and maple brown butter crumble
- Crispy Shrimp with chili remoulade
- Double-Smoked Applewood Bacon with balsamic BBQ glaze, celery leaves and pickled onions
MAINS
- Roasted Organic Chicken with onion subise, wild mushrooms, smoked bacon lardon and fried leeks
- Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with parsnip puree, beluga lentils, pickled cabbage and split jus
- Whole Roasted Dover Sole with buerre noisette, capers, béarnaise sauce and grilled lemon
- Mediterranean Sea Bass with chavot rice, kedgeree sauce crispy oyster mushrooms and curry oil
- Seared Atlantic Scallops with sauce mousseline, bacon, Jerusalem artichokes, sauce biable and spelette
- Cap d’or Salmon with braised leeks, celery root puree, caviar champagne beurre blanc and chives
- Vegetarian Truffle Risotto with arborio rice, truffle, foraged mushrooms and parmesan
- Vegan Truffle Risotto with Arborio rice, truffle, foraged mushrooms and crispy Jerusalem artichokes
Our favorite dishes of the night were-
Oysters in Half shell with Cocktail sauce, mignonette and lemon. The bi-coastal oysters were divine. A superb mix of wonderful oysters from both sides of the Oceans.
The Sea Scallops over short rib marmalade, sweet corn, Hawaiian hearts of palm and English pea puree was stupendous. Tenderly cooked to perfection with an interesting short rib combo & perfect crispy crunch!
STK is rightfully known for their fantastic steaks and the Dry Aged Delmonico was superb! Juicy quality meat magnificently topped with Alaskan King Crab.
