Snail Social at The Brick Dadeland
Slow Food Miami continues its “Snail Social” summer series on Tuesday, July 11 from 6-8PM at The Brick, a newly-opened farm-to-table restaurant in Downtown Dadeland.
Corey Bousquet, owner of The Brick, really wanted to create a space that guests felt comfortable in and can call their own. The decor is rustic, with white string lighting and a massive reclaimed wood pergola. He designed the kitchen to be open and expose the open flames of their brick oven, allowing guests to truly be immersed in the full dining experience.
Attendees can enjoy a welcome cocktail of their choice from The Brick’s new “Cocktails with a Conscience” drink and wine list; followed by a limited Happy Hour menu with seasonal selections and cocktail list at a discounted rate. Four complimentary bites will also be available for attendees. Selections include:
● Fresh Ceviche Shooters with Mahi Mahi, Yellowtail, and Key West Pink Shrimp
● Heritage Pork Sliders, topped with a house-made caramelized bourbon barbeque sauce – a.k.a. ‘Brick Sauce”, on a Zak The Baker Mini-Brioche
● Pesto Key West Shrimp and Cherry Tomato Skewers
● Avocado Endive Salad with Lime con Leche dressing
Guests can extend Happy Hour and take advantage of the exclusive Slow Food offer – 20% off dinner for guests staying after the social!
This event is free and open to the public. More info here!
