Fort Lauderdale’s under the radar oceanside sensation, Sea Level Restaurant & Ocean Bar will host a special one-night only Farm to Sea Level five-course craft beer dinner on Thursday, April 30, 2015. Located at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa at 3030 Holiday Drive, the dinner will feature brews from local favorite the Funky Buddha Brewery as well as five farm-fresh flavorsome courses, all locally sourced.
Priced at $75 per person, including beer pairings – tax and gratuity not included – and beginning at 6:30 PM, the evening will kick off with a welcome reception on Sea Level’s ocean deck, where guests will be greeted with a Floridian Shandy – Floridian Hefeweizen and fresh lemonade – while taking in the restaurant’s killer ocean views as the sun sets.
Guests will then take their seats at 7 PM and indulge in a five-course farm to table inspired menu expertly crafted by Executive Chef Jason Connelly perfectly paired with Funky Buddha libations. The menu follows:
