Rosé Piscine’s Rooftop Pool Party – Rosé on the Rocks at BrickellHouse

Rosé Piscine’s Rooftop Pool Party – Rosé on the Rocks at BrickellHouse

Have you ever bought a bottle (or box) of wine, and immediately wanted to indulge? But wait, it’s not chilled yet… I don’t know about you, but I’m not trying to wait an hour or more for my bottle of wine to chill, and putting ice in it will result in my scrumptious wine becoming watery, diluted, and tasteless!

The solution? Rosé Piscine; the first French rosé specifically made to drink over ice!

CRISIS AVERTED.

Rosé Piscine is produced with the native grape of Southwestern France: Negrette, which has a seductive aroma and a higher concentration of sugar than other grapes that are often used to make rosé. When paired with ice, the melted water will actually balance this rosé, as oppose to watering it down.

To debut this wonderful creation, a pool party was held by the managing partner of Rosé Piscine, Blake A Helppie, at BrickellHouse’s rooftop pool deck. The rooftop revealed an amazing Miami view, and the infinity pool was the perfect cool down spot for the 90 degree Saturday afternoon.

Coco Bambu was responsible for providing samples of their delicious signature bites; seafood paella, ceviche, and crab.

I kept coming back for more, and more, and more; so much so that the owner and I were basically best friends (yikes!).

The amazingly talented DJ Hana was spinning the best house tunes and definitely set the mood.

The combination of Rosé Piscine, Dj Hana’s music selection, and Coco Bambu’s food made for a fabulous Miami day.
