Rooftop season is in full swing at The Ritz Carlton Chicago! The Ritz Carlton’s THE dec Rooftop Lounge and Bar is one of the hottest places to go during the summer to enjoy drinks, food, and the most spectacular view of the iconic Chicago skyline. We had the opportunity to enjoy their Thursday Taco & Tequila special, and, oh, is it worth it!
THE dec Rooftop Lounge and Bar had a fantastic offer: a complimentary taco bar when we ordered any of their beer, tequila or margarita features! This is such a great deal and perfect for friends to get together and enjoy drinks and bites on a rooftop in the city. Who can beat that?
We must mention the servers at THE dec and how nice and friendly they were: Bianca and Samantha served us, and they were so fun and knowledgeable about the special drinks. The drinks were the Ancho-Rita, Traditional Margarita and the Spiked Horchata. If you like a little kick in your drink, we would suggest the Ancho-Rita; but if you like your drinks to be more unique with a little sweetness, definitely try the Spiked Horchata.
We could not have imagined a more fantastic and perfect way to experience the city than on THE dec Rooftop Lounge and Bar! With drinks (and tacos) in hand, admiring our beautiful city’s skyline was a memorable moment for the summer.
THE dec Rooftop Lounge and Bar at the Ritz Carlton Chicago is open every day from 12 p.m. to midnight. They have other specials, as well! Mondays offer 50% off glasses and bottles of wine (if you mention the last movie you’ve seen), Tuesdays boast $2 glasses of Red and White Sangria, and Wednesday features $10 glasses/$60 bottles of Moet & Chandon Ice.
