RED the Steakhouse Launches Italian Menu for April

Red, the Steakhouse is constantly pushing the culinary envelope and this time, Chef Peter’s serving up a limited time Italian menu available only in April.

 

Like Red’s mouthwatering lobster mac n’ cheese, these 14+ Italian specials won’t explicitly be listed on the menu. Red’s waitstaff will announce a variation of 4-5 specials each night, so guests can order a la carte and experience the ultimate Italian dinner without ever stepping foot into an Italian restaurant. Specials are priced between $14 – 28:

Heirloom tomato bruschetta with stracchiatella
Hot peppers stuffed with house made Italian sausage
Fritto Misto
Fiori di zucca – zucchini flowers stuffed with 4 cheese ricotta with sweet corn cream
Primo 
Fresh pappardelle with Italian black truffles-truffle cream sauce
Nonni’s meatballs and gravy
Secondo
Veal chop parmigiana
Bistecca pizzaiola (beefsteak with tomato sauce)
Risotto pescatore
Contorno
White asparagus with proscuitto, parmesan and fried egg (white asparagus is typically harder to find)
Sauteed escarole with pecorino and marinara
Dolce
Panna cotta with berries and balsamic
Zeppole with nutella
Clasic cannolis
