Prime Fish Miami Opens for Lunch
Starting October 21st Myles Chefetz’s newest edition to the Prime family, Prime Fish Miami will be open for those looking to enjoy the freshest of fish for lunch between 12PM-3PM . Crafted by head chef Mike Sabin, the lunch menu is comprised of hand-selected favorites from the contemporary style dinner menu includes delicious starters and salad options such as the Char Grilled Octopus, with Gigande Beans, Roasted Fennel, Chorizo & Sherry Vinaigrette, and the Maine Lobster Cobb Salad, with roasted corn, English Peas, Avocado, Boiled Egg, Smoked Bacon & Poppy Seed Vinaigrette. For a casual entree, Prime Fish is offering the Maine Lobster Roll, served with House Made Chips and the Grilled Skirt Steak, with Chimichuri & French Fries. Guests will also be able to enjoy numerous items from the Raw Bar menu such as the Alaskan King Crab Legs or Maine Lobster.
