Celebrate 2018 with PALO beachside at the ultimate South Beach party featuring Cuban beats an ocean breeze at the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel! On Sunday, December 31st, the beachfront hotel will host a New Year’s Eve concert featuring Miami’s own Afro-Cuban funk band, PALO!, delectable food from The Social Club and more! From 8PM to 1AM, the celebration will begin with a poolside performance by PALO!, paired with exclusive dinner options and a premium open bar. The evening will feature an assortment of outstanding dining stations, expertly crafted by Executive Chef Jeffrey Williams, including Chicharrón or suckling pig; wagyu brisket; a mac n’ cheese bar with incredible flavors such as bacon mac n’ cheese, shrimp, broccoli, crispy onion and pulled pork mac; a poke station with varied selections including ahi tuna, salmon, shrimp and ponzu, spicy aioli; and a decadent dessert selection.
