There are a ton of cool hotels in South Beach, but there’s something about the Nautilus and Nautilus Cabana Club that makes you want to know more. Walking inside this hotel is nothing short of beautiful.

Nautilus Cabana Club is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner offering Mediterranean cuisine using fresh Florida ingredients. If you’re wondering what you should order – Start with the lamb empanadas – coriander and tzatziki. I have to be honest, I’m not a huge lamb fan at all and these had so much flavor. The best part was how well they paired with the tzatziki – it really added a fresh coolness.

If you’re looking for an appetizer that’s a little bit more shareable for a group, order the Meze platter – homemade hummus, eggplant dip, grilled vegetables, dried figs , stuffed grape leaves and fresh pita. Everything on this platter is extremely fresh and the pita was soft, no complaints here!

My next suggestion might surprise you – but sometimes you just need a GOOD burger. The nauti burger is two 4oz beef patties, American cheese, caramelized onions, bread & butter pickles, potato bun and fries. It’s served to you Shake Shack style in the paper bag, all gooey and ready to devour. Now, I might not suggest this the same way if you’re planning on laying by the pool after but you do you boo!

If you DID choose that burger then you deserve a donut. You’re in luck because Nautilus Cabana Club has three different kinds on their menu! A trio of donuts filled with passion fruit, nutella and dulce de leche. Fluffy pillows filled with sweet deliciousness. How could you go wrong? Thats right, you cant!
