There are very few plates that excite me more than a succulently marquee burger. We hardly need an excuse to go grab one of these bad boys, but the fact that it’s National Burger Month Miami only helps. We all deserve a fat juicy burger this month, so here are some great options to let you inner fat kid take control for a meal. Have a wonderfully delicious National Burger Month Miami.
Bagatelle Miami – BBB&B Burger – Toasted brioche bun, Ham, One egg sunny side up, Cheddar, Roasted corn, and Grilled jalapeno mayo, $27.
Seaspice – Wagyu Burger – Brioche bun, Burrata, Heirloom tomato, and Truffle vinaigrette, $18.
Michael Mina 74 has become a fan favorite at Fontainebleau Miami Beach and the restaurant’s signature Dry-Aged Steak Burger has developed a cult following, gracing countless “best of” burger lists. Building on this reputation, and to celebrate National Burger Month this May, chef de cuisine Thomas Griese has created a lineup of indulgent and creative specialty burgers. Every week in May the restaurant will showcase a different burger ($24-$28), each one unique in their own right yet equally delectable, complimented by weekly $5 beer specials and $5 Jameson and pickle back shots.
Kicking off the savory selection is the “Coast to Coast” Burger, available May 1st – 7th. The burger’s East Coast inspired Chorizo blend patty pays homage to Miami’s Hispanic culture and the fresh avocado on top is quintessentially California. The burger is rounded out with crisp bacon, a sunny side up egg and crunchy fried potatoes for added texture ($28).

Next, Chef Thomas Griese creates the ultimate comfort food with his Chili Mac & Cheese Burger, available May 8th – 14th; the burger melds Chef Griese’s favorite childhood flavors with his mom’s homemade chili recipe, macaroni terrine and baked cheddar cheese ($26).
“Chili Mac & Cheese Burger”
Burger month continues with a non-traditional burger, the Spicy Ahi Burger available May 15th – 21st, composed of an Ahi-tuna steak, ponzu sauce, sesame seeds, housemade pickled ginger, compressed cucumbers and wasabi aioli ($26).
“Spicy Ahi Burger”
Closing out the month is the Indy 500 Burger available May 22nd – 31st, inspired by Chef Griese’s upbringing in Lafayette, Indiana. The perfectly blended patty is topped with crispy onion rings, spicy sauce and dill pickles ($24).
