Celebrate at Mina’s Mediterraneo’s their all new Happy Hour Guest Bar Takeover with spirits expert Jennifer Massolo of The Liquid Projects!
Upon arrival guests can enjoy a complimentary Welcome Cocktail created by Jennifer Massolo paired with Mina’s signature dips. Massolo will also be serving up two additional cocktail creations.
Happy Hour specials run from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m and include $3 beers, $6 wine, well and frozen drinks, and $8 craft cocktails. Bar bite highlights include all dips for $4, Baked Kibby for $6, classic Fried Calamari for $7, Gyro Sliders for $11, Lamb Sliders for $12 and Margarita Pizza for $10.

Mina’s Mediterraneo first opened its doors in August 2013 and has since been celebrated for bringing authentic Mediterranean cuisine to Miami’s Upper Eastside. Located at 749 NE 79th Street, the restaurant’s bright and open warehouse style sets the stage for an approachable, well-rounded menu built on authentic family recipes from Egyptian-born owner, Yasmine Kotb.
Kotb began her restaurant venture after a successful career in the music industry working for A-list musical talent like Coldplay, Beyonce, Cher and Gloria Estefan. A native of Cairo, Kotb grew up in Houston, Texas to first generation parents where a passion for cooking and helping run her family’s restaurant, a city-wide favorite called Mediterraneo, gave her a solid foundation for a future culinary career. Kotb then enlisted her mother, Sonia, to develop the menu based on recipes that had been used in her family for generations — a celebration of the different spice cabinets from various countries throughout the Mediterranean including Egypt, Greece, Morocco, Spain and Israel. With her heart and soul infused into every dish, Kotb’s mother meticulously trained the staff to execute each of her treasured recipes flawlessly.
Recently, Kotb introduced The Garden at Mina’s, the newest spot to enjoy Miami’s vacation-like feel for Happy Hour, after-dinner cocktails, private events (150 seats) or a night out with friends in a beautiful, enchanted outdoor setting. The dedicated outdoor bar area serves an extensive and affordable wine list offering a selection of specialty wines from the Mediterranean, draft beers and a full bar featuring craft cocktails, as well as lite bites and menu favorites. On the weekends, local artists and bands entertain guests and fulfill Kotb’s musical passion, helping set the mood for a magical evening under the stars.
