An Amazing Miami Spice Dinner at Chotto-Matte
An evening at Chotto-Matte will give you an experience you will want to repeat, the mix of a contemporary urban environment, spectacle and great cuisine. The Nikkei cuisine is at the heart of the Chotto Matte experience. It embraces the very best of Nikkei (Japanese – Peruvian) cuisine, with bold eye-catching natural colours and mouth-watering taste sensations. Nikkei cuisine is all about quality, ingredients and flavours. With two other locations in Toronto and London and now Miami, Chotto-Matte is a refreshing experience. Read our initial review of them! For Miami Spice they offered a delightful menu that we thoroughly enjoyed.
MIAMI SPICE DINNER $39
The featured cocktail was “El Diablo” ($14) and boy was it spicy and delicious!
For our Appetizer we tasted their yummy edamame made with soy beans and sea salt, their ceviche, and a delightfully crunchy shrimp and and shiitake mushroom spring roll.
There was no shortage of Entree’s to choose from and we highly recommend them all!

nasu miso (v)
eggplant miso, apricot, puffed soba, sesame seeds
This was hands down my favorite! The flavor and soft texture of the eggplant was unreal!

spicy tuna roll
tuna, peruvian chilli
These tuna rolls were quite a pleasure to eat as well.

The dessert for your experience may vary, but on this night the chef’s choice were flavorful and sweet.
Overall it was a fabulous experience and we highly recommend taking advantage of this menu through the end of September!
