All aboard the Miami Soul Train! Join The Arts + Entertainment District for a night of funky tunes and a silent get down on the Metromover courtesy of Miami-Dade County Public Transit. Motown-inspired sips by Apothecary Airstream. Beats by Myke Dilla, Element, and Tillery James + complimentary Sailor Jerry cocktails. Headphones provided by Silent Revolution.

The Arts + Entertainment District is hosting another innovative event in downtown Miami which spotlights the walkability, bikeability and proximity to public transit of the district. On Thursday, June 4^th from 7-11pm, A+E will offer “Miami Soul Train”, a silent dance party on the Miami Metromover!

 

During this event, community members and visitors alike are invited to enjoy a silent get down on the Metromover with headphones provided by Silent Revolution MIA and beats from Myke Dilla, Element, and Tillery James. Local collaborator Buskerfest has coordinated live bands at the School Board East, Bayfront Park and College North stops for attendees to enjoy live and local music. Join the area’s first-ever dance party on a train!  

 

Later, Soul Train will end with a lively after-party at CANVAS including late-night grub by Purple People Eatery, complimentary samplings from Deep Eddy Vodka, and Motown-inspired Apothecary Airstream sips.
