Miami Music Week is an epic time of year, full of amazing music, wild pool parties, eclectic nightclub events, underground warehouse parties, and a lot of special surprises. Here is our guide for everything you need to know about Miami Music Week 2019.

1. Get Lost Miami – Saturday March 30th
Get Lost is your ultimate Miami Music Week party and our top pick. Over 60 deep house and techno Djs on 4 artistic stages at Lemon City Studios, our favorite Miami party venue!! Lemon City is a special spot that promotes sustainability and uses organic fruits and vegetables at their bar. This is party is always the most magical MMW gem!
Now in its 14th session, Get Lost has become a Miami mecca for house and techno connoisseurs. This year’s 24-hour party, known for its psychedelic atmosphere and immersive art installations, is the brand’s biggest yet—set to return to its home of Lemon City Studios with four performance spaces and over 60 artists. Some of those slated to appear at Get Lost’s 2019 iteration include Moscoman, Claude VonStroke, Bedouin, Francesco Lombardo, Chris Liebing, and Cassy. Wizardy, a collaboration between Damian Lazarus, DJ Tennis, and DJ Three, will provide a special 5am opening set. Get tickets here.
2. Carl Cox Disco Funk & Soul Event – Sunday March 31st
Carl Cox Funk, Soul and Disco party is another must goto! This party is insanely fun with old school disco music that will make you smile wide in nostalgic bliss and makes you shake your booty relentlessly.
Carl Cox presents his Disco Funk & Soul Event to take place at the Basement Miami on Sunday March 31st with an opening set from Eric Powell. This party is about to get extra funky with the king himself. Carl Cox is known for his legendary parties and you sure do not want to miss this epic Miami Music Week closing event. 3. All Day I Dream – Friday March 29th
All Day I Dream rounds out our top. Lee Burridge throws this enchanting deep house party all around the world. Bedouin and Newman are phenomenal djs who shall be taking your ears on a soulful & melodious ride.
Lee Burridge and his All Day I Dream camp are ready to provide yet another wistful day of melodic deep house to Miami Music Week goers—a refreshing break from the madness that normally ensues. They’ll be bringing their usual wooded and colorful décor to an outdoor setting, providing a dreamy impetus for lightened moods and casual conversation amid ethereal soundtracking. Thursday, March 28th
Every year during Miami Music Week, Thursday is always super stacked with several parties and events to attend. It is the day before Ultra Music Festival starts and has always been known to be the best day of the week for events. So here are our top two events for Thursday followed by other wonderful events we recommend!
RVDIOVCTIVE presents Chris Lake
RVDIOVCTIVE embarks on their most ambitious soiree yet. Teaming up with Techyes and the independent, North Carolina label NV’D Records, they will host some of dance music’s biggest names including Chris Lake, Justin Martin, Wax Motif, Codes, Golf Clap, and Dillon Nathaniel. Sub.mission Showcase
Massive Ideas & Dubday – MIA are proud to bring together a true showcase of the underground during Miami Music Week with Sub.mission Showcase, known for “Moving people through sound, not hype”.

All Gone Pete Tong Pool Party at Surfcomber
Over the past decade, Legendary BBC Radio 1 Host and master curator Pete Tong has hosted his can’t miss event, presenting the biggest stars and hottest emerging talent, with artists like Calvin Harris, Eric Prydz, Kölsch, and Duke Dumont playing alongside The Martinez Brothers, Seth Troxler, MK and Hot Since 82. Backstage serves as the ultimate industry hangout spot, where label heads, managers, DJs, promoters and the who’s who of dance music all congregate for an impromptu summit under the Miami sky. Above & Beyond at RC Cola Plant

Desert Hearts at Floyd
The lovable Desert Hearts crew is priming for another Miami takeover where they’ll be shrouding Floyd’s in house, techno, and love. Per usual, Mikey Lion, Lee Reynolds, Marbs, and Porky will be taking over the decks, with special guests Lubelski and RYBO also joining on for the extended affair. Friday, March 29th
DIRTYBIRD PLAYERS at Club Space
DIRTYBIRD Players Miami is one of the most anticipated events of the week, and we can’t wait! The event is mostly sold out, but people are selling tickets online on the event page and on re-sale websites, such as Stubhub. Please be careful buying tickets and buy from trusted sellers. DIRTYBIRD has come a long way from its roots as a local group of friends bonding over fierce tech beats and nonconformity, transforming into one of America’s top parties and record labels, attracting a cultish following, and winning numerous ‘Best Of’ awards in the process. The flock of players heads back to Space for another round of shenanigans this Miami Music Week, taking over the whole club with their infectious beats and vibrant, energy. This year’s lineup features a wide array of new and old label favorites joining the boss Claude VonStroke on the terrace, some of which include Matthias Tanzmann, Justin Martin, Rebūke, and Shiba San. On the terrace, Marc Houle will be putting on a live set, plus Gene Farris, Desert Hearts’ Mikey Lion, Kill Frenzy, and more will also be throwing down choice selections.
Massive Ideas presents G Jones
Massive Ideas does it again, but this time with The Harmonic Connection, presenting G Jones, Chee, Zeke Beats, and many more! From 10pm-5am, this is another bass event you want to get tickets for.
A Bass Odyssey at RC Cola Plant

FREE PARTY – Desert Dance at Nikki Beach
Nikki Beach Miami Beach is pleased to announce Desert Dance – three beautiful days of house music on the glistening sands of iconic day club Nikki Beach. Taking place March 29th through March 31st, DJs like Serge Devant, David Tort, Vanjee and many more will bring groovy beats and desert vibes to Nikki Beach, the quintessential South Beach landmark since 1998. This year, Nikki Beach presents Desert Dance – a boho chic adventure featuring South of France-style joie de vivre, lively DJs and dancers, and iconic white daybeds and teepees that makes Nikki Beach instantly recognizable anywhere in the world. Laserface Miami at Mana Wynwood
Laserface is the mind-blowing live show featuring the music of Gareth Emery perfectly choreographed to the lasers of globally renowned show designer Anthony Garcia. Michael Brun presents Bayo at Little Haiti Cultural Center
Following a successful MMW debut last year, Michael Brun brings his worldly Bayo party back to Miami’s Little Haiti Cultural Center.
Bayo means “to give” in Haitian Creole, and is based off the impromptu street parties, typically soundtracked by mobile sound-systems, and the traditional rhythms of Haitian RaRa. Brun has organized several around his hometown, Haiti’s capital city, Port-Au-Prince. These parties are essential to Haitian culture, providing an infrastructure that allows music to be heard and bubble up, artists a platform to DJ and perform, and a traditional gathering point for communities to come together and dance.
