Summer is here and if you do not embrace Miami BBQ you are either a vegan or just unAmerican. The Dutch at W South Beach Hotel & Residences will host its annual Bourbon, Beer and ‘Cue dining series. Miami’s top chefs shall be gracing the sexy W property in July every Wednesday from 7PM to close in The Dutch’s very own backyard, the Grove.
Each week, Chef de Cuisine Conor Hanlon will team up with a rotating list of guest chefs and mixologists to craft some banging, saliva inducing Miami BBQ feast served family-style, featuring pies and summer sweet treats by insanely talented pastry chef Josh Gripper.
Tickets to the weekly Miami BBQ series are Only $40 per person, including tax and gratuity; excluding beverages. In addition to refreshing bourbon libations, The Dutch will also partner with local breweries to highlight several limited small batch brews perfect for the summer BBQ season.

The Dutch’s Chef Adonay Tafur will prepare a lineup of traditional Brazilian roasted meats
