The West Coast is no stranger to astounding seafood and eateries, and Market Broiler is no exception. The Outlets at Orange are kicking off the summer and gearing up for National Seafood Month. At Market Broiler, they provide guests with classic dishes, an eclectic atmosphere, and even an optional Cajun flair. It’s a family friendly, comfortable spot where fish and seafood are prepared over mesquite charcoal flames.

In addition to 18 fresh fish offered daily, Market Broiler serves entrees of delectable chicken or aged beef as well as salads and pasta. The food is flavorful and portions are generous.

And in hour of summer, you’re going to want to stop by to taste some of the hottest dishes on the menu. You’ll find dishes like the Fish & Chips made with golden pieces of white fish served with French fries or veggies. Douse those fish and chips in a bit of vinegar for a real authentic experience.

If you’re trying to get your summer body ready and don’t want all the fried food, be sure to add some shrimp served on a skewer to your California Caesar salad.

Another hot summer dish is the Halibut Brochette. This dish comes with select halibut cuts laced with onion, bell pepper, and tomato on a skewer. Market Broiler encourages you to try the halibut with a Cajun kick.

And be sure to start of your meal with a cup of the Clam Chowder. Served with Oyster Crackers and the option to heat it up with hot sauce, this dish is a summer classic. Coming from the East Coast, I can’t imagine my summers with out clam chowder.

The dessert menu at Market Broiler is also extensive, so be sure to save room! This Chocolate Lava Cake, made with rich, delicious cocoa is always a favorite. Topped with powdered sugar and served with a side of ice cream, I dare you to resist it.

And in case you need another reason to stop by Market Broiler, on Fridays after 5pm this month, guests have the choice of two free appetizers Sweet & Spicy Calamari and Yucatan Shrimp Cocktail. Be sure to stop by Guest Services to redeem your free dish!
