LUCKYRICE Returns to Miami for Charitable Feast

LUCKYRICE Returns to Miami for Charitable Feast

On November 3rd, the LUCKYRICE Feast returns to Miami to help raise money for Hurricane Irma relief efforts through a massive culinary showcase at the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel. With the help of more than 20 of the city’s hottest Asian and Asian-inspired restaurants and bars, LUCKYRICE will donate the night’s proceeds to their charitable partner, Feeding South Florida, and their presenting sponsor, Suntory Whisky, will match all proceeds in an additional donation. Pao by Paul Qi, Hakkasan, Katsuya, and Etaru are a few of the night’s participating vendors. Check out our glorious review of last year’s festivities and you’ll definitely not want to miss out on this year’s celebration!

“Food takes us places and allows us to explore other cultures,” said LUCKYRICE founder Danielle Chang, “and that’s why I love bringing the Feast to Miami every year. It’s a city with a culinary scene that truly embraces a fusion of flavors and cultures—just like we do through LUCKYRICE. I’m thrilled to rally behind this culinary community, giving them a platform to give back to those hit hardest in the area.”

Essential to each LUCKYRICE Feast across the country is the culinary fabric of the host city. In the spirit of Miami, the menu will feature classic Asian favorites like a rich Japanese curry alongside innovative fusions with a Latin twist including a Chinese pork belly atop a tostone. And as with all LUCKYRICE events, spirits will flow. Guests will stay hydrated with Suntory Toki highballs, Bruce Cost Ginger Ale, and Asahi Beer while they make their way around the night’s jam-packed, walk-around tasting menu.
