Lucky Chopsticks Best Bites – Asian Night Market at SoBeWFF – Miami
South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF) outdoor walk-around tasting event, Lucky Chopsticks, closed out the four-day festival. The late-night Asian bites were prepared on-site by a collection of Miami’s best restaurants and their chefs. Here are the best dumplings, dim sum and other unique samplings of Asian Fusion cuisine at the Asian Night Market.
My very favorite from the evening was the Korean Fried Chicken by Chef-Owner Eileen Andrade from Finka Table Top. The chicken leg was crispy on the outside and moist inside, and tossed in delicious sweet and spicy hot Gochujang, a Red Chili-based fermented Sauce. This Korean bite was served with warm Boniato (Sweet Potato) Bread.
